WATSONVILLE, CA — Mount Madonna School upperclassmen are gearing up to travel to Washington, D.C., and interview public and private sector leaders this spring.

Juniors and seniors will head to the nation’s capital as part of the Values in World Thought program, a two-year program that also includes a trip to India or South Africa, according to the school’s website. Students have interviewed figures such as the Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu and Senator Bernie Sanders. Read more
