On October 17, Mount Madonna School (MMS) students attended and helped staff an event for Congressman Sam Farr at the home of Sally-Christine Rodgers and Randy Repass. It was a gathering in appreciation and honor of Sam Farr’s work in protecting our oceans.
“It was a good opportunity for these students to gain experience in meeting and speaking with community leaders who represent a broad spectrum of activities in Santa Cruz County,” noted high school Values in World Thought teacher Ward Mailliard.Â
