Mount Madonna’s Top UC-Acceptance Ranking in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey Counties

As a result of the educational opportunities and experiences at Mount Madonna School, our students attend some of the finest universities. We are proud to share with our community and beyond that Mount Madonna School has the highest University of California acceptance rate of all the private schools in Santa Cruz and Monterey counties and ranks third among the private schools in Santa Clara County for the 2021-22 academic year.

A Mount Madonna School education develops compassionate, globally-minded, critical thinkers by offering a high-quality, well-rounded education focused on academic excellence, creative self-expression and positive character development. Our college preparatory program nurtures the best in our students by offering art, music, creative self-expression, performing arts, technology, engineering and arts (TEA), learning journeys, personalized college advisory, as well as students going above and beyond the minimum required University of California eligibility requirements. Each high school in the state of California is required to submit its coursework to the University of California Office of the President for A-G approval. Mount Madonna School offers a robust program of approved A-G courses, including honors and advanced placement (AP) courses.

Our current seniors are in the process of receiving college acceptances and once our senior class has made their decisions, we look forward to sharing where they choose to go.
