Please place all items in PAPER bags and label with your student’s name and grade.

Please launder all athletic uniforms prior to returning.

Any items not returned will be billed for replacement.
1) The gate (#3) at the Hawks’ Nest Gym (new gym) will be open at 9:00am. Please try to arrive according to the following schedule:

2) There will be traffic cones and people directing cars inside the gate. Please park and put your mask on, then exit your car to wait outside the Gym for your turn to enter.
3) As someone leaves the Gym, you will be directed to enter and put your PAPER bag of books and uniforms in your class area.
4) Exit the Gym by the 2nd door, as directed.
5) Grades 6-8 Gym shoes will be at the back of the parking lot by the Wood Shop. They will be arranged in pairs by grade. Please come prepared to identify your child’s shoes.
6) Lost and Found items will also be by the Wood Shop near the Hawks’ Nest Gym. All items not claimed will be donated by the end of June.
Exceptions:
1) If you have materials to return for more than one student in M/H, choose either grade’s allotted time.
2) If you need to return books for Elementary age children, please return M/H books and uniforms on Tuesday June 9, so you can retrieve your Elementary student’s belongings. Elementary school instructions have been sent in a separate email.
3) If you cannot make it on Monday or Tuesday, please contact Gail for further instructions.
