Flexible Tuition Process

Thank you for making the commitment with Mount Madonna School to ensure that your child has an opportunity to learn, grow, flourish and thrive. If you are a new family, please complete the online FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment as close to concurrent to your application for enrollment as possible.

If you are a returning family, please complete the online FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 15, 2025 to receive priority consideration and to maximize your Flexible Tuition consideration. Families may continue to apply for remaining Flexible Tuition funds after February 15.

Flexible Tuition awards are subject to availability.

Process:

  1. Apply by filling out the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, currently for the 2024-25 academic year. Grant and Aid Assessments will for the 2025-26 academic year will open in December 2024.
  2. Create a username and password if new to FACTS otherwise use your existing FACTS login information.
  3. Upload two most recent tax returns and W2 from the current year or current pay stub at the time of submission. All documents must be uploaded for your application to be considered.
  4. When you complete your Mount Madonna School online registration, please check the box indicating that you will be applying/have applied for Flexible Tuition.
  5. Families will be notified an award is ready for viewing by FACTS. You will have 10 business days to accept or decline the offer.

 

Guidelines:

  • Flexible Tuition is need-based. A variety of factors are used to make a determination of the award.
  • Allowances are made for families with more than one student in the school and who demonstrate need with the higher tuition burden.
  • Families can appeal the Flexible Tuition decision in writing by including additional information not directly submitted via the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment form.

Flexible tuition is based on each family’s economic need, which is assessed independently through FACTS.
