2. Self-Reflection Awareness of who I am now as I prepare for the upcoming journey. Engaging in experiences that bring the concepts of the first stage into awareness. Becoming aware of how my capacities have grown through the first two stages of the learning journey.
  • To what extent am I aware of my values and motivations?
  • How do I respond to new or complex situations?
  • What are my gifts?
  • What are my challenges?
  • What gives meaning and lasting happiness to myself and others?
  • What are the various different levels of relationship of which I am part?
  • Becoming aware of how I apply my values, and how I am motivated, as well as being aware of the values and motivations of others.
  • Learning to see myself and my life experiences in a larger context.
  • Developing the capacity to stay curious when engaging with complexity and emotion.(Able to tolerate paradox and ambiguity)
