India At Last!

Today we started our adventure to India. It started with a 3 A.M. wake up call and ended with a 14 hour flight.

Seven hours into the second leg of our flight we began to feel restless and realized that we were only halfway there. We watched movies, played games and attempted to sleep. Many dozed away while others wished they were able to catch just a few Z’s.
When we arrived in New Delhi, it felt unreal that we had finally reached our destination. We gathered our bags (amazingly none were missing), got onto a bus and traveled to the YWCA.

We have spent our time tonight getting excited for the rest of our trip and practicing the song and dance that we plan on performing at the Sri Ram Ashram.
