Mount Madonna School students Adrian Jonker, K, and August Jonker, 2nd, will be dancing in the upcoming International Academy of Dance (IAD) production of “The Nutcracker” November 26 and 27 at the Crocker Theater at Cabrillo College in Aptos.
Gazing out from the stage in the school’s Assembly Room, fifteen second grade students stood and collectively asked the assembled audience some objective questions: “What if you only had one meal a day, could you be happy? Could you concentrate in school? Probably not,” they answered. “Your stomach would ache, your head would hurt and your heart would be broken.”
Saturday, October 29 from 11-3pm, we will be once again be working on the new gym site in the Upper lot. Much of the site grading work is completed and we are continuing to clear the area for roads and machines and prepping the site for the winter rains.
Please come and join the fun - you never know what you might find up there! Bring gloves, some sunscreen and good shoes.

At Mount Madonna School (MMS), located atop a mountain overlooking the Monterey Bay, the inspiring natural environment of 355 acres of redwood forests and oak meadows is one significant and unique offering for local students and their families.
