It is necessary to update or confirm information regarding your child, to ensure his/her well-being while attending MMS.  We are happy to announce that the majority of the process can be done online, eliminating most of the paper work.  This will save families as well as office staff much time.  We have sent letters via mail to all parents detailing the process with log-in information specific to each child.  The links below are provided for your convenience.  Due date for current families to submit your information is June 1, 2010.  Due date for new families to submit your information is July 19, 2010. PLEASE NOTE:  you will not receive a letter, nor will you be able to register until enrollment or re-enrollment paperwork and fees are received by the Business Office.
