Financial Aid

Mount Madonna School is committed to maintaining economic diversity within our community of families. The Bernice Arnold Scholarship Endowment and other special donations are allocated for scholarships. Financial scholarship awards are based on the family’s economic needs, student eligibility and the family’s participation in the school.

Approximately 25% of the student body receives financial aid grants with a diverse range of awards. If you are questioning whether you can afford Mount Madonna School, we encourage you to apply for financial assistance and talk with Supriya McDonald or Jivanti Rutansky about possible ways to make an MMS education affordable for your family.

Current families apply for financial assistance in January by filling out the NAIS School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) form and the Mount Madonna School Tuition Financial Aid Application. Packets of these forms are available through our office in December and financial aid award letters are sent to admitted students mid-March.

For new applicants, please plan to file your application by early February - or by the application deadline, at the latest. If you apply for enrollment and are admitted later than March, you can still apply for financial aid. The Financial Aid Committee continues to award aid as long as there are funds available.

Tuition Payment Plan (for Enrolled Students ONLY)

First Time FACTS Tuition Management Company Users

Mount Madonna School uses the services of FACTS Tuition Management Company to collect all tuition paid in installments. You have the option of enrolling in a FACTS payment plan online through e-Cashier. Simply click on the link below and complete the FACTS enrollment form. If you enroll in FACTS online, you will need to return a signed copy of the Financial Policy and Tuition Contract.
